My account  was hacked ive been emailing some kind of bot about the issue and there asking for a screen shot of my bank statement seems fishy there should be some kind of hotline on there web site after i get this problem resolved ill never use this app again im going to stick with pandora or itunes

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
