how can I delete the premium account?????

Im having the same problem (i think).  

When I click "Cancel your subscription" i am sent to a page that asks why,

then to a page that tells me random facts in an attempt to keep me a member,

then I have to sign in with facebook (which I already am),

and then it gives me an error.

This is effectively Spotify stealing from me.

I have tried canceling from my mobile, my pc, and my friends pc, to no avail.

Ive changed both my Spotify and Facebook passwords to see if I simply forgot them.  But that was not the case.

The process of canceling a premium account is way too much hassle.
