Solved!

how do I return to the account condition on a specific date?

I added (to my "favorite track", not a playlist) today, by mistake, a large number of tracks in a row (1.5 K) through the site's side service, and now I want to delete them all and go back to how it was before.
who can I contact from spotify support?
thanks 🙂

Hey @seekerimus,

If you have a computer or desktop, this process is easier. You’re able to remove multiple songs at once on desktop by following these steps:

  1. Go to your playlist
  2. Choose the songs you want to remove
  3. Hold your CMD key on your keyboard and click on each songs that you want to remove (should show light gray when you select)
  4. Hover over a selected song
  5. Press the DEL key on your keyboard

On mobile, tap the heart again to remove it.

Keep me posted!

Hey @seekerimus, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

To confirm, you would like to remove many songs at one time? If so, can you let me know if you have access to a computer?
