how do i recover playlists from a cancelled spotify premium for family?

I joined Vodafone for myself, my husband and my son and took advantage of their spotify offer as part of their Red package. I then cancelled my existing Spotify Premium for Family subscription. When I joined Vodafone I was told that the offer included Spotify Premium for Family but in fact it was just Premium, with only one permitted user. Hence, the playlists that family members created have been lost which is really frustrating, the lead subscriber playlists have survived on the new premium account but my husband's lists appear to be gone, it would be great to recover them!! Can anyone help?

Vodafone have been great and have offered spotify premium for each of my family members who are with them so we will all be premium subscribers...

Hey @vthappy

 

The way Spotify Family works is that each person creates their own Spotify account and then is invited to join the family plan.

 

When you cancel the family plan, it does not delete any of the accounts or the playliss on the acounts.

 

You should still be able to see the playlists if you log into each account.
