how do you find what email is linked to my spotify account without logging into the account?

I recently reset my password to my account, but when I put in the new password it didnt work. Instead what hapened was it logged me onto a new account that I had no recollection of making. This new account was registed under my email with the password I put in. So what I want to know is what email is linked to my old account? how can I get my old account back.

My mothers email adress and name somehow is connected to my account. I'm the one paying, but it is her (my mom's) name on my Spotify. Also: she want's to have her own Spotify account, but she is not able to because her email is somehow connected to my account. I tried to disconnect from FB but that did not help...
