how long does it take to have my dispute looked at?

how long does it take to have my dispute looked at?

So I sent a query regarding how I think I was charged when I shouldn't have been. Due to the lack of money that I currently have, I was requesting a refund. I am very short on money at the moment, so if someone could give me an idea on how long these disputes typically take, I would appreciate it. 

 

It's already unfortunate that I couldn't just call in. That would have been much more effective that simply sending an E

Email...

Was this using the online contact form?

If it was, make sure to reply to any automated response you get (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

 

If you still don't get a response, let me know your case number, and I'll escalate it to the staff so they can chase it up for you.
