how to actually contact spotify????

Every month my credit card gets charged for 2 accounts but my family has checked every email account we have and we can't locate the second account anywhere--therefore we can't cancel it

That doesn't sound good. Do the charges come out the same date or different ones? Also, you should be able to check the receipts Spotify sent to your email inbox. They should contain the username for the second account which you can enter to access it. If one is a 10-digit username, please log in using your facebook account details.
