how to cancel an order for an account I cant access?

Hi.

Im in a strange situation, Im currently paying for an account I cant get into and I want to quit that payment and upgrade this account I have logged in with now.

The other account Im paying for is for a friend that's dead and want to quit it 😐      

So for obvious reasons I cant log in and cancel it myself...

All i know is his email starts with j*****9@live.com......

Hi there. This needs to go through the official support as it will require you to validate some personal details. Do you have the reference number for the Contact Us report you sent and I'll escalate this to get someone to chase it for you unless a mod comes in and comments in the meantime
