Are you looking to change your Spotify username?

Unfortunately there is no way to change the username unless you create a new account. If you want your full name to appear on Spotify instead of your username, you can connect to your Facebook account.

Just to compliment MattSuda's answer, besides the creation of the new account, you can try to contact to someone from Customer Support to help you to migrate "as much as possible" of your current profile into the new one.

In my case they helped me to keep my playlists, favorited (starred?) songs/artists, my followers and who I'm following. I hope this helps.
