how to check account details on android?

Hi i need help.

I used my phone to log in and create a premium account. now it is working fine and great.

I logged into desktop with the same account and it worked. but for some reason it logged out by it self, and now i cant get it to work.

i tried to log in through facebook but it made me a different account. i tried forgot password, but the email is not coming through my email address.

help?

Could you try this using another browser or incognito mode?

If that doesn’t help, could you send me a screenshot of the error message being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
