how to recover deleted playlist?

My playlists disappeared after I synced my spotify and facebook. Help!

Going through the activity log was such a hassle. That would have been my second option but I found a way to look for my other account and just copy and paste my playlists from there. Glad my playlists weren't on private! Thanks again tho.
