how to unsubscribe premium tied to the facebook account?

Hello everybody. My problem is related to the payment for Spotify premium. It seems mandatory, but I have no access to my account since three days.

Here are the details:

I had the Spotify account probably created with Facebook account; at least connected to it. I paid for the "premium" option related to this account for months. Three days ago I deactivated my Facebook account, but forgot about its relationship with Spotify (Premium). Now I can't log in to my Spotify account (as it is tied to my deactivated Facebook) and therefore I can't unsubscibe premium (and obviously I can't use it either). Spotify will charge me automatically for the premium option in a few days.

What can I do to avoid the charge?

How to either transfer this premium feature to my new facebook-detached account or unsubscibe from premium without acces to my facebook account (that is: also to my former Spotify account)?

I reported this issue to the Spotify team at https://support.spotify.com but no confirmation or ticket, or anything were sent to my email.
