I'm a new user french user of spotify,
I would like to use potify on my squeezebox class & radio. First i open www.mysqueezebox.com. I click on the following site https://www.spotify.com/se/account/set-device-password/ , i have a number 113xxxxxxx for my device user name and when i click on the button "send e-mail to set password" i didn't not received any message.
Have you a solution.

Hennemon - If you're not receiving one of these passwords, it's best if you contact Customer Support. They'll get one out to you nice and quick.

I would suggest you get in touch customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to send one of these emails out to you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey, Here is an Idea, why doesn't someone fix this problem! It appears to be ongoing for quite some time now. I have sent email to customer service as well but had to waste alot of time before finding out how to get this resolved.
I am also not receiving an e-mail enabaling me to setup a password for my devices.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
