i accidentally logged out and do not know my email or password

i accidentally clicked add account on the mobile app in my phone and for some reason spotify decided to log me out completely, i do not know the email or password as i created the account years ago, i have alot on there.

ive searched the user and found my user ID but when i go to log in it says password reset sent to the email which i dont know and cant see, i am logged on to the account on my playstation 5 but thats all and it doesnt tell me email or anything.
