i am being charged 9.99 even though i canceled my subscription

i canceld my payment and yet i was still charged for 9.99. is there anyway i can get my payment back. i sent an email but i would like to talk to someone asap.

Did you send it through this form? If you received a "no-reply" email, reply back to it and you'll be connected with an agent. It usually takes about 24-48 hours for a response.
