i am premium on spotify but can't work with sonos

i am premium on spotify but can't work with sonos

everywhere there is written that I need a premium account to play my spotify songs on sonos systems. I have a premium account and I still can't see the sonos playlist or add anything to it! when I go to add music services from the sonos system it shows spotify. I click on it and it takes me to pay for a premium account that is more expensive because it is a family premium account. What is wrong? i understand I only need a premiu and not a family premium. please help...

Hey @catleika

Thanks for getting in touch with us on the Spotify Community!

That doesn't sound good, but we're here to help out with this.

First thing to check is that you're logging in with the correct username. The best way to check this is by logging in to www.spotify.com/account/overview and making sure that you're logging in to the Premium account. If so, try restarting the Sonos device and logging in with these same login credentials. If you're not Premium on this account, it may suggest you have a second account hiding.

If that is the case, it would be something for our Accounts team to take a look into. To reach them, get in touch with us on Twitter (@SpotifyCares), or via our contact form here.

Should you reach to the team via the contact form, you may receive what looks like an automated reply. If you do, just get back to it and the right team will receive your email. Also, if you let us know the 8 digit case # here, we'll get this chased up for you too.

I hope that directs you further.
