i can not add a payment option all i see is that i have spotify free no option to add a credit card

Just adding a little bit to this topic.

Tried getting premium, it redirects me to paypal, I accept the payment, and it redirects me to the "payment" page again with all payment methods. It does not take my money from my account and does not give me premium though.
