i can't get into my account. plz help

I have a 1st account that I have for a couple years now and i signed up for that account with my Facebook account. A couple days ago i made a new account using a different email account then the one i have connected to my Facebook account. then i connect my new account to the same Facebook account as my 1st Spotify account. Now I can't get into my 1st account.  please help that account has all my songs. thank you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

thx and i had emailed spotify support first and referred me to ask on here
