i can't log in my account

i can't log in my account. my username is bestegirgin, for 1 month spotify didn't accept my username and password. i have tried too many times to change my password from email but there was no reseting password email. i checked all my email adresses. i want to have access to my account from my phone number or bank account which i used for spotify premium.
