My Question or Issue

 I can sign in directly on chrome browser but when I try to sign in using the app it says my password is incorrect. I try to reset the password but it sends another warning saying I need to request a password change again and so and so

This sounds like an issue with the app. In this case, could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you send me a screenshot of an error message being shown? Please hide sesnitive info when posting to the community.
