i cant change my country code to update my payment information

i'm trying to update my country code to canada so that my updated credit card, which is canadian, gets accepted.  My original credit card was from cypress and when i update to a canadian card it says "spotify is not available in that country".

Can you try updating your payment info by clearing out the cache and cookies of your web browser? Also, make sure that your payment card meets these requirements.
