i couldn't find my other account but it is active

i have 1 free account and a paid account. using the paid account, I was trying to search for the free account by username. it just doesn't come up. No result. But i am able to log on using that free account. Why is that? Need help.

We've checked your Free account and can confirm it's currently active with the username "ph_rachellucas". Are you still unable to find it in the app? If so, can you try looking for it on the searchbar like this: spotify:user:ph_rachellucas
