i dont know if my account has been hacked or??

Hey all, 

My premium account has been hacked or something by a guy named "Florian". About two months ago i tried to fix this issue by changing password, disconnecting every offline device but didnt worked out because the guy just took back mi account, even looks like he has his phot on my profile as well. Im logged thru facebook, im trying to change the spotify password but my old pass doesnt match.

I dont know what else to do? anyone has been thru this lately?
