I forgot my password and i think the e-mail adres that is used by my account is a old one?

If you really don't remember the correct address (or maybe the e-mail is in your spam folder), you'll need to contact the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hi Bas,

The Spotify account linked to your Community profile uses your Facebook details to login.  If you need to reset your password, you will have to do it via Facebook.
