Hi there, and welcome to the Community!

 

That's odd. Have you tried a password reset? If Spotify doesn’t recognize your email, they might have removed it, or there could be an issue with your account.


Anyway, if you’re entering your email manually, make sure it’s correct. Also, you can try logging in with a username – If you ever set one up, you might be able to log in that way.

 

If that doesn't help, use "Login with Facebook" or "Login with Google" – If you originally signed up that way, your email might not be linked directly.

I have the same problem. We can’t perform a password reset since Spotify is no longer recognizing our email. It appears that my email has been deleted. When I search for my main account on Spotify, it is still there along with all my playlists. When I try to log in with Facebook, a message pops up indicating that the email and password combination is incorrect. When I try to log in with Google, it tells me that there is no email associated with my Gmail account. And when I try to log in with Apple, it tells me that this email is already registered on Spotify, yet the same email is not associated with any account in the password reset system.

In this case I guess it's an account-related issue, and the best way to solve it is to contact Customer Service directly so they can check the account and help them further:
