i have a premium duo account but i can't log in the mother account.

Hello, I'm in a spotify premium duo. From yesterday i can't log in on the mother account (snip-moderator edit) because i don't know the email. Can i change the email of the account please?

If you have access to your account on any of your devices, you can change this info easily by following these steps. 

If you don't have access to your account at all, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look at your account and give you a hand with this.
