i have premium but i cant log in!!!

i decided to get the premium for 30 days trial and today is my last day to cancel before i get charged. i tried many, many passwords and emails that could of possibly corresponded to my account but nothing is working for me. Can you help me with this problem as soon a possible because i don't know what else to do. the account name is "thatsokiana"
