i have two accounts and cant log into my premium account

Hello,

 

Ive sent three messages regarding my accounts and I have yet to hear from Spotify. I recently deactived apps on my facebook without realizing Spotify was in link to it. I'm unable to log in to my account, and when i reactivated apps, I was forced to make a new account. I can still see my old account but I am unable to log into it. It has been 3-4 days now without a response. Please help me.

When you got in touch with support, you most likely got an automated email reply pointing you back to the community for help. You need to reply directly to that email (even if it is from a no-reply address) and the support guys will be able to lend a hand.
