i need LIVE ASSISTANCE

this is ridiculous!!! I pay a monthly subscription and think speaking to an actual person should be an option.  I can't find solutions to my issue the day after i post!!!!!!!

My phone was stolen and since then I've purchased a new one.  I log onto Spotify on my new phone but my playlists have not transferred.  I want my music back, I paid for them.   YOU have access to my email account!!!!!!!!! please contact me.

I agree. Where is the customer service? I have an issue too and it seems to be an abyss when trying to find an answer!

Hey there @helenPK and @user-removed, thanks for reaching out!

Don't worry, let's try to troubleshoot this!

You can click here to sign out of all the devices linked with your Spotify account (like a stolen cell phone for example) and then here to remove that device from the list of offline devices. This way you can make sure that when you log in your new phone, it will take the spot of your old one and you won't go over the limit of 3 offline devices.

You can try then to sign out and back in again from your new phone. If your playlists are still not showing, check here in case you can manually restore them. If not, you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff so that they can do their magic backstage 🙂 To do that you can send them a tweet or DM on their Twitter handle @SpotifyCares They reply very fast!

Let me know if you need more help 🙂
