i pay for a premium subscription through my apple store but need to cancel it

hi guys i need some help. 

i need to cancel my subscription but when i log into the app or even the website and go into my account details it says i have the free service this is not the case as i get charged each month for the service and have access to all the features. i really need to cancel this but have no idea what to do.
