i've received a pyment from my bank account but i dont have any subs on spotify

i've received on 1/03/2017 a payment for a subs on mybank account from spotufy but i dont have any subs why spotify take my money and i dont have any subs on it, possibly anyone have cloned my credit card or stole my info? i need to go to the police for this or a lawyer? i would my money back
