i want my money back now

im being charged for a acct i closed a month ago and i was never notfifed and the bank is now charging me 30 bucks for them paing the 9.95 i want my acct canceld and my money refund my money asap

Since this is a billing/payments issue, you will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate what is happening a little closer for you. Normally when this happens you accidentally have two accounts, but they should be able to track it down, close it and refund you (fingers crossed!). 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
