i was charged 3 times and i didnt get premium?

Hi,
i attempted to sign up for the spotify student discount, but there was a glitch in the system.
i tried again about 2 more times, still didnt work, so i gave up.
i checked my bank account this morning and i was charged 3 times for the student discount, but I still do not have premium.
