iTunes IAP Payment method failed

Had an iPhone and then shifted to an adroid.

My Spotify Premium payemt was going through the iTunes IAP, and i could use spotify on my android device.

 

The credit card attached to my itunes was lost, hence blocked.

Eventually spotify premium exired.

I logged into my itunes account (from the web), updated my credit card, and the spotify subscription, which is active according to my itunes subscriptions.

 

However, i still do not have spotify premium on that same spotify account!!

Is there any way to contact spotify?

Also i'm travelling, so i can not use spotify at all, unless i have spotify premium.

You can no longer subscribe to Premium via iTunes in the Spotify app.

If you subscribe again via your iTunes settings, i can't guarantee that you will actually receive Premium.

Hey @12157666798,

 

Up until recently, it was possible to subscribe to Premium via iTunes. But doing so required an additional charge on top of the standard rate. So, Spotify decided to cut out the middleman by discontinuing iTunes subscriptions.

 

The good news is you can enjoy Premium for less, and it’s super easy! Just head to http://spoti.fi/2dXPfzf and upgrade to Premium. 🙂

My card has already been charged through iTunes. ITunes is still selling
Spotify subscriptions!
