I have a premium account and I moved countries from Belgium to France but cannot change my country profile and my payment information online
i tried to follow the change country guide and it works until the point where I input my French payment info , it suggest that I switch my profile to FR. When I click yes it asks to input my payment info again and then say the operation did. It go through. I contacted my bank and they said there was no problem , that they had given their approval.
I don’t know what to do as my BE payment will no longer be valid as of the next couple of days.
what should I do?
