impossible to log in

I am not able to log in on the spotify desktop program.

I tried changing my password but it doesnt help

I tried reinstalling spotify but it doesnt help

I tried logging in with just my username instead of email but it doesnt help

My brother and sister are able to log in on my computer so there must be something wrong with my account.

May I Ask what the error message is that you are receiving when you try and log in?
