inability to unsubscribe!

I don't get WI-FYI much in my neighborhood and I can't unsubscribe to the premium subscription that I purchased. It wont accept my password and it wont send me a new one either it tells me to change my password on FB I even did that and it wont accept my password I'm getting really pissed like it's some sort of scam This is my last ditch effort to get some help before I take other measures. Any suggestions please?

Do not panic, just try another web browser or log out first from Facebook before you try to Cancel.

If you subscribed before the FB tie-in then you do not need to log in with your FB details - use your Spotify username and password instead
