individual accounts for spotify

We recently purchased a new plan with a carrier, and with it was a free subscription for 2 years of spotify shared with the 3 lines. It says that we can all have our own playlist associated with our phone numbers.  My problem is, the 3 accounts are all registered under my password.  I am not sure how to change the other 2 lines to the individual accounts of their own.  The way it is setup now, if one line signs in all of the songs that are down loaded are all mixed together.  I thought we would have 3 individual accounts under the main. I have been in  contact numerous times with my carrier but they have no idea of what I am speaking about or how to fix the problem.  With thanks
