Why cant i use my spotify on ipad and mobile? i am a premium member, i had it untill my creditcard was stolen , but now i have registred a new one , and then nothing works. Please help!!

Hi,

It looks as if your most recent payment failed. This may be because of your stolen card.

If you'd like to continue with Premium, you'll need to change your payment details and resubscribe. You can do so from here: www.spotify.com/account/subscription/
