is there a way i make a new account and transfer stuff from my old account?

so my Facebook got deleted but I can still access it. I'm wondering can I transfer my existing payments and stuff from my old account to a new account. the reason I want to do this is so I can change the sign-in email address and so I can have account name say my name also I don't want to buy premium a couple of days after buying it. so is this possible?
