italian account but german advertising

I am a user from Italy but for some time advertising on spotify is only in German. this happens since I was in Germany for a holiday a few months ago. if I go to check my profile is still from Italy. can someone help me?

I don’t think there’s anything you can personally do about it, however I’d send a notice to the company and see if someone could help, I think it’s just poor advertisement.

In addition to what @MarkCole0401 wrote, make sure that you don't have any VPN connection, and check if this happens with all your devices.
