so im from singapore i used to have spotify premium and i use itunes card to pay but recently i wanted to change my apple id account so i cancel the subscription
so after i changed i got another itunes card and redeem it in appstore and after that i went to spotify and wanted to get premium they asked for the pin(?) i dont understand what is this pin referring to as there is so many number on the card thus i key in all one by one but i still cause get premium what shoukd i do ? as the money in mu phone is use for spotify only
