ive canceled and its charged me 3 months now

ive canceled and its charged me 3 months now

I canceled my spotify 3 months ago as i cannot afford to pay the bills each month and i let last month slide because i thaught i ended my subcription wrong or something, but i know for a fact i did it correct this time and its still charged me.I really need my money back as i havnt used the service at all during the past 3 months.
