Thanks for reaching out. I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

1. Check your payment receipt to ensure that the payment was processed correctly.

2. Contact customer service for the site you made the payment on and ask them to confirm that the payment was received.

3. Check your account settings to make sure that the account has been upgraded to Premium.

4. If the account is still not showing as Premium, contact customer service again and ask them to manually upgrade the account.

5. If all else fails, contact the payment provider and ask them to investigate why the payment
