kicked off my premium subscription after update

I am a Fido customer with Spotify Premium included on my phone package. The app updated itself a few days ago and kicked me off my premium subscription, and now I can't get back on without the app asking for my payment information. Fido has said they can't do anything about it and that only spotify can fix the problem

It might be possible that you have two different accounts, so we'd recommend checking this info. Also, could you let us know if this happens on another devices?

 

In the meantime, we recommend you log out/back in with the email address registered here.
