 how can I stop the flemish adverts? french or english is fine. I have the account details online in french, and the app in english, but keep getting flemish ads.

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running? 

Also, could you send me a screenshot of the ads being shown? Please hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

I deleted my account and set up a new account with the latest app.

I sometimes get ads in french, but the ads from spotify which advertise their paid service are all in flemish.

In this case, I'd recommend checking out this page to contact customer support, so they can have a look at the account.
