Hello the account i am contacting you through is not the account i want to be using.
I have been charged 9.99 for the account Leoleesgardens. which woud be fine if spotify actually said the account existed ! i can not log in. in any way, and i am being told the acount doesnt exist,
To prove my account exists you can even type leoleesgardens in search on spotify and my playlists even come up !!!!!!

Seriously i am NOT happy about this. let me back into my acccount o refund me my 9.99 and cancel my premium.

Id rather staya loyal customer btw but this has really annoyed me im away on holiday for a week tommorow id like to listen to music!

You should make sure you're trying to log in with the correct email and password.

As far as the refund, you can check out Spotify's refund policy here:

The password and account are both correct.

Leoleesgardens is the name of the account .

You can even search this on Spotify and it comes up with my play lists abd
everything !

But when I try to log in - it says the account does not exist.

Hey @user-removed!

Can you let me know if your account was created via Facebook? If so, you should log in by Facebook. If not, can you try using your email to log in to your account?

You can also log in with your auto generated Spotify username. You can find that username here.
