liked songs always shuffle completely

My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

actually i have got two issues:

whenever i restart my cellphone, i am logged out of spotify without doing anything. then i (obviously) cannot log in (and listen to my music) again until i have a stable internet connection. furthermore, every song has to be downloaded again once i log back into my account.

my second problem is that there are periods during which every song in my 'liked song playlist' is shuffled, not only the ones i searched for: for example, if i search for 'the weeknd' in my liked songs, usually only the songs that fit that search term get played / shuffled. but sometimes, instead of only shuffling the songs that appear for thst search term, every song in the library gets played, which is annoying as i do not want to make a playlist / put the songs into queue everytime.

if anyone has got the same issues / knows how to solve one or both, let me know!

i really like spotify other than these two issues and it would be a pity if there wasn't a way to fix this.

Everyone else gets logged out when they restart their device (unless they're on an app). The 2nd question... idk maybe it is playing songs that are recommended for you?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community!

It might be the case than some of the app files have gotten corrupted and are causing the log in and downloads issues. To remedy this we recommend that you perform a clean reinstall following these steps.

As to the shuffling issue - do you have the option to try and replicate it on another device? You can also try it out using our web player. Let us know, whether or not the playback functions correctly in those cases.
