linking to your Playstation act

When i try to log into spotify on my ps4 it says that its already linked to an act but i want to use it on the act i have no any idea how to change it?

Have you tried to 'SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE' from your profile page ?

To be sure only you have access to your account, you can always change your password on the password reset page.

You can also try to use this official Playstation link for unlinking your Spotify account. ^^

I've found something in the help guide:

I linked my Spotify account to someone else’s PlayStation™Network.  How do I disconnect the link?
Please ask the other person to log out your Spotify account. Spotify Sign Out Everywhere will not sign you out of PlayStation.

Note: If you are a Spotify Premium user who purchased your subscription with your wallet on PlayStation™Network, you may need to call Customer Service to disconnect the account link to Spotify.

So i guess you need to call the Playstation Customer Service. -.-
