Help!!!

 

How do you contact Spotify!!

 

My old username works ok, but my password doesn't seem to work for some reason. I have asked for a new one to be sent to my registered e-mail address but nothing turns up.

 

There must be someway of contacting someone to find out what is going on to sort this out?

 

It would be a shame to leave spotify but it seems the only option as there seems no way of contacting anyone form spotify to help.

Hello Simon, welcome to the community!
First, check your spam folder in case the reset password email got filed there.
Secondly, does the same thing happen when you sign in from a different browser?

Thanks for getting back to me - nothing in the spam folder I'm afraid and I've
tried logging on from all the browsers I have, my phone and other people's
machines and still nothing!

Anything else you can think of? or any email address or phone number to talk to
anyone?
